RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR 

BECOME AN OFFICIAL AMBASSADOR FOR THE RADIO CITY ROCKETTES

theatreMAMA is casting a team of holiday-loving performers to be brand ambassadors for The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, starring the Rockettes.  This fierce cast will be in full costume in high traffic locations around New York City, such as Times Square, Bryant Park, Herald Square, Radio City Music Hall, 5th Ave, and more, spreading joy to passerbys through dance, song, and other forms of holiday cheer.  theatreMAMA ambassadors have been an iconic addition to the holiday atmosphere of NYC since 2015, and are a large reason for the success of Radio City’s annual Christmas Spectacular.  

Performer Qualifications & Responsibilities
Ideal Christmas Spectacular ambassadors must have:

• Strong movement/dance skills

• Strong improvisation skills

• An ability to create defined characters/personas within the realm of the Rockettes

• A lively personality and joyful energy

• Holiday availability is a must!

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Capable to inspire happiness amongst passerbys

• A love of the Holidays, theater and people

• Ability to speak more than one language is a plus, but not required

• Experience in immersive theatre a plus, not required

• Experience in clowning is a plus, but not required

Production Dates & Locations

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2023 // JANUARY 2024

Weekly schedule is flexible and will be based on applicant’s availability

Locations: Times Square, Bryant Park, Herald Square, Radio City Music Hall, 5th Ave

Compensation

All NY street team ambassadors are paid a competitive hourly rate starting at $20 - $24 per hour.
